Knitting the Hat

IMG_2539Yes, this is the hat with a capital H. And we’re going to knit one each. Or, it’s not a hat yet, but soon. I bought my yarn at Sländan in Lund. I have kind of a bad habit of always buying yarn in either grey, pink or blue. Guess no one noticed, does this count as purple? 😉IMG_2540This is the chart for the text. The pattern can be found on Ravelry and is free. If you for some reason don’t have a login on Ravelry and you like knitting. Get one 😉 You won’t regret it. hat-hat-4_medium2This is what it’ll look like when it’s finished. And then you can picture all of us wearing the same kind of hat, lol!

Do want to join the knit-along? Usually we meet somewhere in Malmö once a week to knit, chat and drink tea. If you want to come, just fill in the form on top of the page and you will receive more information.

Last Saturday we all went to Lund for a little yarn trip. There’s a yarn store called Sländan. And yes, they have lots, and lots of stuff you want to buy. Maybe not the fanciest yarn in the world, but a lot of things (good stuff) to a pretty good price.

And of course, we had fika. We went to a place which I actually can’t remember the name of but they had really good sour dough bread and lots of other tasty things. You wanted to try almost everything, it was that kind of café.

We also went to the flea market on Södra Esplanaden and Jesseca found this really cute mug for her husband. We love everything with cats on it, right?
