Finished and in love!

bild1Wonderful design and super soft yarn! I am a bit worried though since it sort of stretched out a bit just wearing it for the photos. I don’t want it longer! I want it to stay exactly like this foreverrrrr!!!

bild3Since my gauge match the pattern I have used suggested needles: Needle Size: US 4 (3.5mm) straight or circular needles for the body. US 4 (3.5mm) and US 2½ (3mm) circular needles for the neckband and sleeves. Pattern: Boxy by Joji Locatelli

Regarding the yarn (mink!) I am a bit suspicious about how the minks are treated… Googling it they say that they use special gloves to comb out the hair and that it isn’t painful for the animals. Sounds good but I am still a bit suspicious…

Tuesday knit night

IMG_7394I brought my camera to tonight’s knit night because I wanted to take some pictures of all the things we knit. But now I realize that I took pictures of pretty much everything else. As an excuse, I think this shows that knit nights are not only about knitting, it’s so much more.. like hot chocolate, cake, really cute macarons, cats and really nice company.
