Cookies for a knit night

havrekakorWho can say no to some crunchy cookies? On our knit nights there’s always tea and some treats (if it’s not too hot outside 馃槈 ). Why not make some cookies, you can make them in advance and just store them in an airtight food container until serving.

Crunchy oatmeal cookies

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽100 g butter

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽150 ml flour

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽300 ml rolled oats (uncooked)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽1 陆 tsp baking powder

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽100 ml brown sugar

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽50 ml white granulated sugar

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽100 ml raisins

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽100 ml of mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽1 Tbsp cold water

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in butter and until the mixture becomes lumpy, incorporate the water and form a dough.

Roll out the dough and use cookie cutters (or a drinking glass) to cut out cookies. Put on a baking tray that has been lined with non-stick paper. Bake in the oven (200 degrees Celsius) for about 8 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
